Welcome to Lialy — a warm, simple space for parents to capture daily moments, track growth, and celebrate family life. Your privacy matters deeply to us. This policy explains what information Lialy collects, how it’s stored, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Information We Collect

Lialy is designed with privacy in mind. Most data stays on your device and in your private iCloud account.

Kid information: such as name, age, height, weight, and photos — stored only locally or in your iCloud via CloudKit.
Notes, quotes, and moods: saved privately in your iCloud.
Contact info: only if you email us directly (we’ll use it to respond to your message).
Diagnostic data: Lialy uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve performance and fix crashes. This includes anonymous device and usage data, but never your personal notes or photos.

We do not access or collect your private data from iCloud.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

Your entries and media are stored securely in Apple’s iCloud, linked to your Apple ID.
Lialy and its developers cannot access or view your private iCloud data.
If you delete the app or disable iCloud, your data remains on your device unless you remove it manually.

4. How We Use Information

To keep the app running smoothly (via Firebase Crashlytics).
To understand general usage trends (via Firebase Analytics).
To respond to support or feedback emails.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Children’s Privacy

Lialy is designed for parents and families, not for children to use directly. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Any information about your child stays private in your iCloud account.

6. Ads and Future Updates

Lialy is currently free and ad-free. In the future, we may introduce ads or subscriptions. If that happens, we’ll update this policy and clearly explain any new data use.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., the EU/EEA or California), you have rights to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Withdraw consent for analytics.
Request a copy of your data.
